4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
The following rules strictly apply to depositing and withdrawing funds at dd99.

- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (per method).

4.2 Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

- The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Before withdrawing, you must wager only 20 times the bonus amount — the deposit amount is not included in this.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- The same individual or multiple members of the same household may not claim the same bonus more than once.
- Bonus offers are valid for a limited time and may be changed at any time.
- dd99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
6 Gaming Rules

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.2 Voluntary Closure
